Ingredients for Roast Cauliflower Recipe
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of flour (may increase depending on consistency)
- Liquid oil
We cut our cauliflower into pieces and boil them. After boiling, drain the water and then leave it to cool.
Take the eggs, flour and salt in a bowl and whisk them with a hand whisk. The consistency should be a little thick so that it does not flow over the cauliflower when we find it. (the consistency should be like cake batter)
We shape our boiled and cooled cauliflower with our hands like lentil patties.
After shaping all the cauliflowers, we dip them in the egg mixture and fry them in hot oil. (We don’t keep our cauliflower in the egg mixture too long so it doesn’t fall apart. That’s why we start the frying process while we find it on the one hand.)
